Last weekend, the Lite FM team and 20 lucky listeners got to experience the vacation of a lifetime at Club Med Sandpiper Bay! The resort features four different pools, a variety of activities such as golf, beach volleyball, tennis, yoga, sailing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and so much more. The hotel also featured fun activities for the whole family like trapeze shows, dance parties, and flash mobs!
When we arrived, the first thing we did was explore the gorgeous grounds of Club Med Sandpiper Bay.
One of our favorite parts of the resort was this gorgeous infinity pool overlooking the Sandpiper Bay! The pool was 18-and-over only so it's definitely a place to unwind, and relax,
If you're looking for a little more action, the main pool is the place for you! The pool had music playing and guests we always ready to dance.
Our first activity was the Welcome Party! Listeners got to meet Bob, Christine, and Producer Jamie and received a bunch of goodies from our friends at Divine Chocolate!
Listeners also received beach bags from Visit Florida containing their very own selfie stick, sunglasses, and a Lite FM t-shirt!
Bob and Christine held a live broadcast right from the Club Med Sandpiper Bay beach, which occurred Saturday morning. We had a blast hanging out with our listeners, talking about the resort, and jamming out to all of the music Lite FM has to offer.
We also got to try all of the fun activities provided at Club Med Sandpiper Bay!
The food and drinks were delicious, and did I mention that the resort is all inclusive meaning that the food and drinks are free?! The breakfast spread was gorgeous, and each morning we treated ourselves to freshly baked pastries!
Every day at 12:15pm, the Club Med staff has their 'Crazy Signs' dance party at the pool where everybody breaks out their best moves!
The dancing didn't stop there! We also got to be right in the middle of an epic flash mob performed by the Club Med staff right at lunchtime.
Cocktails with Christine was a huge hit, listeners got to get to know Christine, sip cocktails by the pool, swim on fun floats, and play with Club Med beach balls!
While Christine was sippin' on cocktails, Bob took some listeners to the putting green to show off his golf game.
